Our staff will initially pursue all feasible debt-collection avenues before recommending legal action in a carefully thought-out plan of action. Full client knowledge of the process, approval to proceed and an initial deposit to cover disbursements (e.g., lawyer costs and suit fees) and the contingency rate are required before we take any legal action. We also perform relevant corporate/credit searches and research to ensure we have all information we need to move forward.
